Parissis Wines in Skiathos

Giannis Parisis owns and cultivates 35 acres of grapes in the Skiathos villages of Xanemos, Prophet Elias, and Agios Konstantinos. The varietals produced are entirely Greek, as the objective is to showcase Greek vineyards under the auspices of the ecology. Malagousia, Asyrtiko, Roditis, Xinomavro, Limnio, and experimental Μoschate Alexandria are among these kinds. Varieties that are relatively common in Greece and Perhaps less well-known on a worldwide scale, these plants are capable of transforming and highlighting the distinctiveness of the habitat in which they flourish.
