A wine with the absolute characteristics of rhodite, which is usually harvested in the second half of September after deworming, the juice is fermented in stainless steel cold tanks at 16 ° C. The wine is then left with the fine wine lees for four months with periodic stirring.


The color is pale white-yellow with green highlights. The nose is complex, with citrus aromas of grapefruit, banana, and pear.
In the mouth, it is characterized by a balance without high acidities and predominant citrus aromas.
In the aftertaste, the acidity leads the palate to a clean, elongated finish.

Serve at 12 -14 ° C
