90% Assyrtiko and 10% Rhoditis PGI Magnesia
Produced from the combination of two varieties of Assyrtiko and rhodite after squeezing the grapes, not only do you ferment in stainless steel tanks where it remains with its wine sludge for several months with periodic stirring.


White-yellow with green reflections of citrus aromas, botanical hints, and mineral acidity. The flavor is full-bodied, with crunchy acidity and a metallic aftertaste.
