A blend of the combination of two Greek varieties, of Malagouzia and Assyrtiko.
After deburring and pre-fermentation cold extraction, the vinification is unfolded in stainless steel cooled tanks at a temperature of around 17 ° to 18 ° c.
Wine stays four months in the wine sludge with periodic stirring.
The wine has a bright pale yellow color with greenish highlights. “Nose” intense, typical of the variety, with alternating prints impressions of exotic fruits citrus, melon, peach and subtle aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is full rich and balanced with a long aftertaste.
