Anyone interested in learning more about the Parissis winery is welcome to visit.
The visit includes a tour of the vineyard, which is planted exclusively with Greek grape types, during which you will learn about the development and maintenance of our vineyards.
Following that, a tour of the winemaking and bottling areas will educate you about winemaking procedures as well as the characteristics of the various grape kinds.
The tour concludes at the tasting area, where visitors can sample the wines in a simple space blended into the natural environment and enjoy a panoramic view of Skiathos’s port while sampling the winery’s wines.
The routine tasting consists of six 75-ml wines, each accompanied by a small snack such as cherry tomatoes or rusks.
These are priced at 20 euros per person and last approximately two hours.
The winery is open Monday through Sunday from May 1 to October 10.
The winery recommends that tourists contact the winery in advance to schedule their visits in order to avoid possible overcrowding due to COVID 19.
The Parissis winery is built on Skiathos’ highest point, in the location of the prophet Elias, and its founders, Giannis Parisis and Maria Koutseri, achieved their aim in 2020 after several years of hard effort.
