The wine production
The main building that makes wine for the estate is in the middle of the vineyard. It took a year and a half for the first building to be built in 2019.
During harvest, grapes are brought to the wine-making area right away. The area is designed to make sure the must and wine flow smoothly in a naturally cool environment.
There is a pneumatic press, tanks for pre-fermentation maceration (skin contact) of white wines, stainless steel tanks for white and red vinification, oak vats for red vinification, and tanks for stabilizing the wine.
